The Importance of Exercise
“Our day to day regime causes a lot stress constantly worrying about how to
survive via, profession, education, raising a family or financial worries, In the mist
of all this, we neglect taking care of our health. Working long hours causing us to
eat late and make poor nutritional choices, staying up late and taking stimulants
to study for an examine or constantly on the move doing house work and
providing for the kids. Without good health it makes life very stressful therefore
causing many different health issues.”

Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy. People who are active live
longer and feel better. Exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight. It can
delay or prevent diabetes, some cancers and heart problems. Most adults need
at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week.
Examples include walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for
recreation or bicycling. Stretching and weight training can also strengthen your
body and improve your fitness level. The key is to find the right exercise for you.
If it is fun, you are more likely to stay motivated. You may want to walk with a
friend, join a class or plan a group bike ride. If you’ve been inactive for a while,
use a sensible approach and start out slowly. There are 1,440 minutes in every
day. Schedule 30 of them for physical activity!”
It’s imperative that we address our health status, health and wellness plays a vital
part in our every day performance. Proper rest, nutrition and exercise is
beneficial for everyone no matter what age. of course we know there is no set
formula for everyone That’s the purpose of a fitness assessment, keeping you
informed as to what health and fitness formula that is beneficial for you.
When you have a program design for your specific needs you will stay motivated
about your program and will be more willing to continue your exercise program.
As we know, success is accomplished by our ability to plan and organize and if
we can apply this concept to our health and wellness not only will we feel and
look better we will also perform super-fantastic!
