Achieve all your nutrition and fitness goals

Throughout the years, I have  participated in several body building competitions, trained other competitors and given seminars on nutrition exercise and wellness.

Career

My work experience ranges from being an Air Force Fitness Boot Camp Guide at Lackland Air Base to being a Recreational Therapist at the San Francisco Center for the Disabled. I was also a Trainer and Posing coach at Gold’s Gym in Venice, the Personal Training Director at Fitness USA and Personal Trainer/Manager at Bally’s Total Fitness.

With my extensive work experience, I started my own nutrition and exercise consulting service called “Get Serious Training” located in the center tower of the Marina City Club.
